These Terms & Conditions outline the scope of work, responsibilities, and mutual understanding between SHRADDHA Furniture Work & Interiors (“Company”) and the client. Confirmation of work, approval of drawings, or advance payment shall be considered as acceptance of the terms mentioned below.

1. Scope of Work

The scope of work, designs, materials, specifications, and finishes will be mutually finalized and approved prior to the commencement of the project.

2. Design Changes & Modifications

Any changes requested after design approval may result in additional costs and revised timelines. Such changes shall be executed only after mutual confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made strictly as per the mutually agreed payment schedule.
  • An advance payment is mandatory to initiate design, material procurement, or on-site work.
  • Delays in payment may lead to temporary suspension of work or extension of the project timeline.

4. Materials & Cancellation Policy

Materials once ordered, fabricated, or installed are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to inherent material characteristics.

5. Site Readiness & Measurements

  • On-site measurements are taken with due care; any changes made later may affect accuracy and cost.
  • The client must ensure complete site readiness before commencement of work.
  • Smooth access to the site must be provided for uninterrupted execution.

6. Utilities & Site Facilities

Electricity, water supply, washroom, and lift facilities (if applicable) must be provided free of cost by the client for the entire project duration.

7. Permissions & Approvals

All required permissions and approvals from relevant authorities such as the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), Chief Fire Officer (CFO), builder, society, facility management, or property owner shall be arranged by the client.

8. Labour & Statutory Charges

Any issues related to Mathadi charges, including coordination and payments, shall be the sole responsibility of the client.

9. Project Timelines

Project timelines are indicative and may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

10. Safety & Work Practices

The company follows standard safety practices during on-site execution. Clients are advised to keep the work area free from obstructions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, if arising, shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussion, subject to applicable local jurisdiction.
